Slimbridge put a spoke in the wheel of Hamworthy's Promotion hopes with a dramatic 4-2 victory at a rain soaked Thornhill Park this evening.
After Sam Griffin had put the visitors ahead in the 9th minute, James Sunley equalised for the Swans on 29 minutes.
Before the break, De Costa Ramos put the visitors back in front, but Ethan Dunbar levelled after a thunderbolt from Ben Prictor came back off the Hammers' crossbar on 63 minutes.
Further goals from Sunley (83 mins) and Joey Shutt (86 minutes) saw the Swans take three well deserved points to the delight of the home supporters.
The Swans Under 18's travel to Longlevens tomorrow night (23rd March, 7.30 PM Kick Off), while the First Team travel to Tavistock on Saturday (3.00pm Kick Off), before returning to Thornhill Park on Tuesday (28th, 7.45pm) when they entertain Bashley.
