The ideal candidate must be local to the club, be passionate about player development and ready to work within the current club development structure aimed at supplying players suitable for first team football in the Southern League Division One South. 

Working closely with the first team and Under 18’s management team, this is a great opportunity to join an established and progressive club, and help contribute to moving the club to the next level of it’s growth.
