The club are offering an exciting opportunity for young players as outlined by Slimbridge AFC Head of Football Development, Kevin Russell:

“Our U18s coaches are currently inviting applicants to attend open trials and pre season training for the 2024/25 season. Our youth system continues to grow from strength to strength, where after winning the league and cup double in the 2022/23 season, the Slimbridge U18s team have reached the County Cup Final this coming May.

Our development programme has generated players for our first team in the Southern League last season and again in the Hellenic Premier Division this season, with U18 graduates playing consistently.

We will be competing in Gloucestershire Floodlit League again next season, plus associated cup competitions including the FA Youth Cup.

We already have our pre-season schedule in place and our club philosophy is based around opportunities, development, and progression for each individual player at the club, so please get in touch.”
